Amanda Ennis
Amanda Ennis is a member of the Maliseet Tribe of American Indians, residing in Maine. She acquired the art of basket weaving from Sarah Sockbeson, a skill rooted in a tradition that dates back to the 1800s and has been transmitted through generations. Presently, Amanda’s baskets are showcased at the Abbe Museum in Bar Harbor.
