Don Supplee 18K Gold Turquoise Earrings

Don Supplee (b.1965)

Hopi jeweler Don Supplee made the 18k gold turquoise earrings. Don hand carves his designs into wax and then casts these earrings. He added a texture in the wax before casting, giving the appearance of the texture you would see from tufa casting. The 18k gold earrings are signed on the back of the Supplee with Don’s stylized hallmark. They are post, and an omega clip can be added. The turquoise that Don chose to set on the earrings is high-grade Kingman.
