It’s hard to imagine the time and focus it takes It’s hard to imagine the time and focus it takes to inlay thousands of tiny stones into a single piece of jewelry—but Carl and Irene Clark have been doing just that for decades.

Their micro-fine inlay technique is something few artists in the world can replicate. It’s rooted in Diné (Navajo) tradition and refined through a lifetime of dedication.
We just published a new blog sharing more about their story, process, and vision and today’s newsletter includes a closer look you won’t want to miss.

This 14k gold bracelet was handmade by Navajo jewe This 14k gold bracelet was handmade by Navajo jeweler Jesse Monongya (1952–2024).

This is a great example of Monongya’s contemporary jewelry. Every detail in this bracelet speaks to Monongya’s dedication to storytelling through wearable art. A balance of earth and sky, through the hummingbird to the texture of the lizard.

We have sold this piece by Jesse Monongya and we’re honored to have placed such a meaningful work of his wearable art.

We’re proud to offer additional works by Jesse Monongya at both of our gallery locations in Scottsdale, Santa Fe, and online at faustgallery.com
