The blue metal in this necklace is made from titan

The blue metal in this necklace is made from titanium that has been anodized, which is what gives these beads their color. The removable pendant is a stylized perfume bottle hand-made from sterling silver and 14k gold design accents with a cap that opens. Hopi artist Duane Maktima made this necklace, and he is recognized worldwide for his intricate jewelry. Today, Duane is still making jewelry outside of Santa Fe, NM.
