Amerman, Marcus Waning Moon Buckle

Marcus Amerman is a prominent Choctaw bead master known for highly realistic portraits and imagery. In this piece, he depicts Waning Gibbous phase of Moon fading in the night sky. To create this buckle, Amerman uses various shades of grey, white, and black glass beads backed with soft calf suede leather.
