Charles Supplee is widely regarded as one of the leading Hopi jewelers. His ability to create contemporary jewelry that still honors Hopi culture—combined with his keen eye for color and design—continues to set him apart, even today.

This hand-fabricated pendant in 14k gold is a stylized ear of corn, a meaningful symbol in Hopi tradition. To achieve the effect, Charles carefully inlays coral, sugilite, and turquoise, shaping each stone into a disk and fitting them together to create the dimensional look of real corn kernels.
